Never Too Old to Serve the Lord
This is the first book that we wrote. We began writing our books in 2017, both at age 80 years. Both of our Spanish books (Below) originate from this book. The first half of this book tells of our many short-term Mission trips to other countries, beginning when we were each 57 years old, while the second half of this book gives insight into our first year in Bolivia at the International School in Cochabamba.
Still Never Too Old to Serve the Lord
Our second book tells of some of our experiences after returning from Bolivia. We were offered the opportunity to travel around the world encouraging missionaries who in some cases had not seen visitors from home in many years. What a privilege to see the smiles on their faces as we arrived to visit these many missionary families in various countries overseas.
He Leads, We Follow
After writing the first two books, many approached us about how we prepared for such an adventure in the first place. So, this third book in English, gives you an overview of our lives from birth till the time we retired and were ready to go to other countries to serve in mission.

This book contains many stories about our mission experiences and some Scripture verses, poems, words to old hymns and encouragement to continue on serving Christ in your everyday lives, wherever you are located

This book is a follow on book to Pebbles in the Pond and contains more encouragement using God's word and song lyrics that have been inspired by God to help you in your daily Christian walk.
Yup! That's God!
This book is the first of three books, a Trilogy of the Trinity, which use the Scriptures to explain about the Fruit of the Spirit and some of our life experiences which show how God works in our everyday lives as Christians.
Yup! That's Jesus!
This book is the second of the Trilogy of the Trinity, in which we show the life of Jesus in a chronological and paraphrased wording from all four gospels to help us get a more in depth look at the life of Jesus while he was here on earth.
Yup! That's the Holy Spirit!
This book is the third book of the Trilogy of the Trinity, and in it we learn more about the Holy Spirit who came as our comforter after Jesus died for our sins and was raised again to live with His Father God in heaven
Unexpected Blessings from God
This is the latest book of ours and it shares many of the experiences and unexpected blessings that we enjoyed during the three years that we spent living in Cochabamba, Bolivia. Maureen taught school and I was a "Doug of all Trades" doing many needful tasks during that three year period of time.
One Day at a Time
Since writing our last book, Unexpected Blessings from God, we decided to share blogs on our website. We share thoughts and blessings via blogs and photos of our
journeys . Many have expressed thanks in their responses to these blogs while they get updates on our ministries. Some of those blogs are included in this book for your reading enjoyment.
Our Spanish Books
These two books are our only Spanish books and Parte Uno tells the first half of our Never Too Old to Serve the Lord story, while Parte Dos, tells the second half story of that same book. Many of these books are being read in at least two cities that we know about.
